Registration

Two business days after the payment has been made, you will be able to register online. Before registering, you must have the following documents available in PDF format:

  • Legible identification document. In case of a name change, the applicant must attach the public deed along with the identification document.
  • Saber 11 test results or individual exam admission notice for the Saber 11 test.
  • Sisbén certificate (if applicable).
  • Voter registration certificate (if applicable).

Registration Process:

  1. Click on the “Inscripción” (Registration) button located at the bottom.
  2. Accept the terms for the processing of personal data.
  3. Payment verification: Please remember that once the payment is made, you must wait two (2) business days for it to be recorded in the financial system, so you can continue with the registration process.
  4. Enter the type and number of the document used for the payment. Select the option “Pago electrónico o en banco autorizado” (Electronic payment or payment at an authorized bank). Then, choose the campus, modality, and admission mode.
  5. Select the option “Inscripción web” (online registration).

When opening the registration form, you should bear in mind:

  • The registration number of the Saber 11° test typed in the web form must be the same as the one attached.
  • The contact details you provide during the registration process will be the primary means through which the University communicates with you.

If you do not have your registration confirmation, it will be understood that you did not complete the process correctly, even if you made the registration payment; therefore, you will not participate in the admission process.

It is NECESSARY to carefully verify the completion of the data, since, once the registration process is closed, you will not be able to make modifications to the information registered in the electronic form.

NOTES:

  • If more than one registration is made, all will be disabled. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for registration be refunded.
  • The applicant who registers in two careers will have his score taken into account for the second option, only if he has not been selected in the first option. For this reason, when making the payment to enroll two options, you must choose the program that interests you most as the first option.
