Tuition Payment for Undergraduate Programs – Saravena 2026-1

PAYMENT

The Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) will carry out the necessary verifications in the databases of public and private entities during the student’s stay in the academic programs offered by the University, in order to corroborate the accuracy of the information provided by the applicants, as well as the authenticity of the documentation submitted for the purpose of generating the tuition payment.

The submission of inaccurate or incomplete information that results in a reduction of the ordinary tuition fee, discounts, or exemption from payment will be considered a serious offense, following the applicable regulatory procedures. The classification of the offense will be made without prejudice to the corresponding regulatory and legal actions, such as the reissuance of the tuition payment including the full charge of the maximum value, in accordance with Agreement 024 of 2025 of the Superior Council.

Note 2: Admitted applicants who have previously been students of the Universidad Industrial de Santander must submit their documentation again. Those who fail to provide the required information will not receive their tuition payment statement.

The documentation must be uploaded starting Friday, December 12, 2025, in PDF format.

Nota: Las liquidaciones de estudiantes reasignados estarán disponibles a partir del día LUNES 13  de enero del 2025.

Once all the submitted documentation has been reviewed and approved, you will be able to download your tuition payment receipt starting Monday, January 5, 2026, after 5:00 p.m.

Finally, if you have any questions regarding the completion of the Socioeconomic Information, please join the Zoom Room corresponding to your School. Staff from the Collections Office will be available to assist you from Friday, December 12 to Friday, December 19, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Admitted Student

If the student participated in the elections:

  • Electoral elections held on October 29, 2023.

  • If underage, in the Municipal Youth Councils held on October 19, 2025.

If you are registered in the SISBÉN IV database, attach the consultation record from the Sisbén Consultation page (click here), with a consultation date no older than 30 days.

If you are not registered, select NO.

These are individuals who are in conditions of vulnerability, marginalization, discrimination, or in a situation of manifest weakness, as established by law.

If you belong to a special population group, please indicate which one.

Otherwise, select NO.

  • Housing stratification certificate of the members of the Household Economic Unit (UEF), issued by the Municipal Planning Office.
  • Validity period: no longer than 6 months.
  • The certificate must specify:
    • Property address (the address must match the one reported in the admission letter).
    • Socioeconomic stratum.

Note 1: If you do not have the housing stratification certificate, please upload the latest water, electricity, or gas bill in a single PDF file.

  • If the admitted student graduated from a public school, they must attach the high school diploma issued by the Educational Institution and signed by the Principal.

  • If the admitted student graduated from a private school, they must indicate the monthly tuition fee and attach an original certificate issued by the Educational Institution, signed by the Principal or the Financial Officer, stating the following:

    • ICFES school code.
    • Confirmation that it is a private school.
    • School schedule (daytime, evening, semester-based, or other).
    • Monthly tuition fee paid in grade 11.
    • If the student received a scholarship in grade 11, it must be indicated in the certificate.

Admitted student’s identification document enlarged to 150%, in PDF format.
