Important

Notes

  1. Performing military service during the academic period for which the applicant was admitted.

  2. A medical condition, duly documented or certified, that prevents the student from beginning the first semester of the admitted academic program.

  3. Enrollment, duly certified, in language proficiency or specialization courses at foreign educational institutions.

The request must be made through the “Academic System”: log in with your username and password, select the “servicios académicos” (Academic Services)  option, then choose “solicitud académico-financiera” (Academic-Financial Request), and finally “homologación de asignaturas por traslado, simultaneidad y reforma académica” (Course Validation for Transfer, Simultaneity, and Academic Reform).

  • If you, as an admitted applicant, decide not to use your assigned spot for any reason, please inform the University by email at inscripciones@uis.edu.co, so that this opportunity can be offered to another applicant.

  • Please note: If the enrollment legalization process is not completed within the dates established in the admission letter, it will be understood that you decline your spot, and it will be reassigned to the next applicant on the list.
