WHAT IS
PreUIS?
It is a non-formal education program at the pre-university level that aims to improve the skills of students who are finishing or have completed their level of secondary education, to increase the possibilities of entry and permanence in the academic programs of Engineering offered in the Regional Headquarters of the UIS.
The validity of the PreUIS course is three (3) years.
WHAT ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES ARE
Studied?
The academic performance of the student, in the PreUIS course, will be measured by the arithmetic average of the final grades corresponding to each of the academic activities:

Classes take place from Monday to Friday between 06:00 a.m. and 08:00 p.m. (according to the assignment of schedules of each subject).
