Considerations
To register through the special admission modality, it is important to follow these detailed steps:

General Requirements Check: Before you begin, make sure you meet the requirements of the general enrollment process. You can review them in our requirements and criteria review section: Click here.

Registration fee: Once the requirements have been verified and all of them have been confirmed, proceed to make the registration payment corresponding to the Sisbén category. Access the registration fee by clicking here.

Payment confirmation: After making the registration payment, please allow two business days for it to be activated in our system.

Required documentation: The documents required for each special admission modality are located at the bottom of the page.

Completion of Special Enrollment: To register for the Special Admission modality, select the ‘Enrollment’ button located at the bottom of the page.
It is important to note that applications for special admissions will only be considered if all required documents are submitted in full at the time of registration, within the dates established by the University. The university does not assume responsibility for incomplete documents or documents received after the established deadlines. All documents required for each special admission modality must be uploaded to the platform in PDF format.
Note 1: the In-person undergraduate program in Physiotherapy does not apply for special admission to this selection process (first semester of 2025).

Special admissions registration
Documentation for
Special admissions
- Indigenous community or reservation
- Black, Afro-Colombian, Palenquera and Raizal populations
- Departments without higher education institutions
- Municipalities with difficult access or public order problems

- Women victims of violence and proven gender-based discrimination
INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY OR
Indigenous Reservation
- Certificate issued by the authority of the applicant’s native community, where it must be stated that the applicant is an active member of the community or indigenous reservation.
- Proof certifying that the indigenous authority and community or reservation are registered in the registry of the Directorate of Indigenous Affairs of the Ministry of Interior and Justice.
BLACK, AFRO-COLOMBIAN
Palenquera and Raizal Populations
- Certificate issued by the authority of the community council or grassroots organization representing the applicant’s original community, where it must be stated that the applicant is an active member of the Black, Afro-Colombian, Palenquera or Raizal Community.
- Certificate certifying that the community councils, grassroots organizations and authorities of the black, Afro-Colombian, Raizal and Palenquero communities are registered in the National Registry of the Directorate of Affairs for Black, Afro-Colombian, Raizal and Palenquero Communities of the Ministry of the Interior and Justice.

Additional requirements San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina Archipelago
- In the case of applicants from the Raizal community of the Archipelago Department of San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina, in addition to meeting the above requirements, the applicant must submit:
- Certificate of study, issued by the educational institution, which must belong to said department, stating that he/she is in the last grade of academic training.
Nota: If you have completed your high school studies, you must present your graduation diploma and degree certificate.
DEPARTMENTS WITHOUT HIGHER
Education Institutions
- Certificate of neighborhood issued by the competent local authority (Mayor’s Office, Secretary of Government or Local Prosecutors Office).
- Certificate of study, issued by the educational institution, which must belong to a department where there are no Higher Education Institutions, in which it is expressed that he/she is studying the last grade of academic formation. In the case of having completed their high school studies, they must present their respective graduation diploma and degree certificate.
MUNICIPALITIES WITH DIFFICULT ACCESS OR
Public Order Problems
- Certificate of neighborhood issued by the competent local authority (Mayor’s Office, Secretary of Government or Local Prosecutors Office).
- Certification of studies, issued by the educational institution, which must belong to a municipality of difficult access or with problems of public order, where it is expressed that he/she is studying the last grade of academic formation. In the case of having completed their high school studies, they must present their respective graduation diploma and graduation certificate.
- In the case of applicants coming from municipalities that are difficult to access, they must prove their condition by means of a certificate issued by the mayor of the municipality or the authority delegated for such purpose; those coming from municipalities with public order problems must present a certificate issued by the competent local authority (Mayor’s Office, Local Prosecutors Office or Police Headquarters of the jurisdiction).
VICTIMS OF THE INTERNAL
Colombian Armed Forces
- Certificate issued by the Special Administrative Unit for the Attention and Integral Reparation of Victims or the entity that takes its place in accordance with the provisions of the law, which certifies that the applicant was classified as a victim, according to Article 3 of Law 1448 of 2011, or the law that modifies, adds or replaces it.
DEMOBILIZED INDIVIDUALLY OR
Collectively
- Certificate issued by the Operative Committee for the Abandonment of Weapons, CODA, or the Office of the High Commissioner for Peace, or entity that takes its place in accordance with the provisions of the law, which certifies that the applicant was classified as demobilized.
DEMOBILIZED INDIVIDUALLY OR
Collectively
Enforceable conviction for crimes against the family whose victim is the aspiring woman.
Enforceable conviction for crimes against sexual freedom, integrity and formation whose victim is the aspiring woman.
Enforceable conviction for personal injury or trafficking in persons whose victim is the female applicant.
Enforceable judgment through which it is demonstrated that, due to mismanagement of the family patrimony by his partner or spouse, he lost assets and/or values that satisfied his own needs and those of the sons and daughters.
Medical or psychological certificate stating based on gender of which the applicant has been a victim.Measure of protection or care, issued by the competent authority in favor of the aspiring woman, in accordance with the regulations that regulate the adoption of such measures.
